Crew Management

Adding Crew Members

Add band members, sound engineers, lighting technicians, and other crew members to your event for better coordination.

How to Add Crew Members:

  1. 1. Go to your event page
  2. 2. Scroll to the "Band/Crew Members" section
  3. 3. Click "Add Crew Member"
  4. 4. Enter their name and role
  5. 5. They'll appear in your crew list with a unique identifier

How to Send Messages:

  1. 1. Open the messaging panel (message icon in footer)
  2. 2. Select recipients (specific crew members or "All Crew")
  3. 3. Choose message duration
  4. 4. Type your message
  5. 5. Click "Send Message"

Anyone with the event link can view and edit your setlists. Only share with trusted collaborators.
